Thank you for your interest in applying for the County of San Diego's Neighborhood Reinvestment Program.
Does your organization have a project that will help San Diegans live safer, healthier, and more thriving lives? If so, the Neighborhood Reinvestment Program may be able to help bring it to life.
Through this program our office supports projects and organizations that create lasting public benefit and addresses the unique needs of our diverse community.
One-time grant funding is available to public agencies, and nonprofit organizations for eligible community, social, environmental, educational, cultural, recreational, and capital improvement projects that serve the public.
The program is funded through the County’s Transient Occupancy Tax, commonly known as the hotel tax, allowing the revenue generated by tourism to be reinvested into projects that strengthen our communities and improve resident’s quality of life.
Grant funds may be used for a wide range of eligible one-time project expenses, including equipment, facility improvements, program costs, and project-related staff expenses. You can also reference previous grant funding awards by clicking here: NRP Award History
To be considered for funding, applicants must complete all required fields and submit all requested documentation. Applications that are incomplete or missing required attachments cannot be considered.
